One of our recent projects was to re-design and install a completely new rainwater system over a series of old factory roofs for a client in South Wales. The old conglomeration of roofs made the running of rainwater a real difficulty but our redesign and installation solved the problem!

It was a felt roof originally and we’ve come up with a new specification with EPDM Rubber membrane. We’ve insulated the building with King Span TR27 mechanically fixed with washer and screw system creating a u value of 0 .25 W/MK or less which is saving a great deal on their energy costs.
We refitted the roof with new upvc fascia and guttering to finish off. All this was completed to a tight budget and the customer is very pleased.
